this was my first in person visit to the surgery to visit the plebotomist. I have lived in Canada for the last nine years so am out of touch with the nhs. Both the ladies I spoke with were helpful and informative. It was a very good beginning to our relationship.

I did not think to ask the name of the doctor to whom I am registered.....would be nice to know.

Have injury after a fall while ago not healing quick enough . Have dressings applied about every 3rd day … great news … healing process started … just dry dressing applied today

No complaints … telephone waiting time could be better but ok … prepared to wait for the Good Dr x

I was 2 days post op and needed stronger pain relief. Contact was made with the surgery, a prescription collected and i had the medication within two hours. Amazing. I then went on to develop an unexpected post op infection, the surgery have fitted me in for a face to face and then a further phone consult with a doctor. Both times I have received further medication and support from the team.

This appointment was easy to get but sometimes there is a long wait to get an appointment.

I was contacted by phone offering an early appointment due to a cancellation.

While I was offered an injection in about 6 months time for spinal arthritic pain, the physio failed to mention other possible treatments and declared that none was possible. Subsequent reading leads me to doubt this.
